Ajay Farate
Founder and Director
Ajay Farate is a results-driven business process consultant, entrepreneur, and technical communicator with global experience. Ajay founded Xportia Overseas in 2018. Since then he is quite successful in proactively managing multiple projects through active collaboration with stakeholders based in the Philippines, Singapore, China, UAE (Dubai), and the USA.
Prior to his current position, he has over 16 years of experience of developing effective relationships with major corporations in India and Singapore. His extensive background in information technology, telecom, enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing industries allows aligning company’s solutions with the unique needs of the clients, customers, and partners.
As a part of his current business projects, he is currently helping companies to align their market strategies, process improvement methodologies, and business collaboration with their partners.
Barry Saiff

Barry Saiff is a successful entrepreneur and a recognized expert in technical writing outsourcing and managing cross-cultural talent. Barry founded Saiff Solutions in 2011.
Barry has 35 years of technical documentation experience. He has developed documentation for many large US companies, including Oracle, Symantec, IBM, and GE. He led writing teams at 7 companies and hired over 100 writers. He was a key leader in the transition to a unified content strategy and topic-based authoring at Symantec. He has extensive experience in management, corporate leadership, writing, editing, software development processes, content management, localization facilitation, and the tools and technologies that support all of these functions. He has authored hundreds of guides, manuals, online help systems, information databases, articles, and books.
Barry is a technical communications industry thought leader and a frequent speaker at conferences and webinars. He is the author of THE book on technical writing outsourcing: Outsourcing Technical Writing: A Primer, published by XML Press in October 2018.
