A certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Ajay specializes in API documentation, structured authoring with DITA, OpenAPI and Swagger, CCMS integrations, and process optimization. His work connects documentation strategy, automation, and compliance frameworks to help organizations streamline operations and scale sustainably.

Barry Saiff is an entrepreneur and recognized expert in technical writing outsourcing and managing cross-cultural talent. He founded Saiff Solutions in 2011 and brings 35 years of technical documentation experience.

His work includes documentation for large US companies including Oracle, Symantec, IBM, and GE. He has led writing teams at seven companies, hired more than 100 writers, and was a key leader in Symantec’s transition to a unified content strategy and topic-based authoring.
